  • 150 g Soy Yoghurt
  • 25 g Mixed Nuts unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax and Sesame Mix
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Banana
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • Soy Milk as you like

  • Mix together in a bowl and enjoy!
